Personal Assistance

We understand many couples like to plan and organise their wedding, but they also want to relax and enjoy the lead up to the wedding and more importantly the wedding day itself. They also do not wish to impose duties on their bridal party, family and friends on the lead up or actual day. There are supplier deliveries, set ups and take downs, scheduling, quality checks, confirmations, timelines, appointments and most importantly budgets to stick too in every wedding.

We will ensure all of these are covered, and executed to perfection when you choose our Personal Assistance Services.

What’s included:

  • Initial consultation to determine what elements you would like us to take care of
  • An additional Face to Face Meeting one month out from your wedding day at your venue
  • phone and email contact
  • 10 hours personal assistance in addition to the above face to face meetings

Services that can be included:

  • Coordination of all contracted suppliers for the day
  • development of a run sheet
  • Set up and Pack down of ceremony styling and decorative aspects
  • Set up and Pack down of reception styling and decorative aspects
  • Ensure music is queued up and ready for all those important moments
  • Securing reserved seats at the ceremony for parents, grandparents and special guests
  • Assist the photographer in gathering family and wedding party for photos
  • Coordinate transport (if any) to take guests from ceremony to reception
  • MC service – Introduce wedding party over loud speaker and announce speeches, father/daughter dance and the serving of entrée/main/dessert.
  • Pick up/ Deliver items to designated locations (gifts, cameras, cake top, wedding dress etc.)

Packages start at $1000

The fine print

With our personal assistance package you decide when and how you want to use us in the lead up to and on the day. Additional Personal Assistance hours can be purchased at a discounted fee of $50/hour (9-5 weekdays), $70/hour (after 5pm or weekends) or $90/hour (public holidays). A 50% deposit must be paid within one week of the initial consultation before any services can commence. Final payment is to be made at least one month prior to the wedding.
